Location of the soil: 300-350 mtrs from the sea level, pronounced hills

Type of soil: rich of limestone, grey marl and sands

Varietal/Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo

Winemakking: Handpicked with accurate selection of the grapes, followed up by a delicate crushing-destemming. Traditional vinification and maceration for at least 15-18 days with gentle wetting of the hat.

Alcohol content: 14.5% vol*

Ageing and Refinement: 18 months in slavonian 25hl and additional 12 months refinement in the bottle before the release

Colour: Ruby red with garnet reflections

Bouquet: Intense and precise, with vanilla, spices and rose scent

Flavour: Full on the palate, with great completeness and harmonious tannins

Best served at: 16°C
