Organoleptic properties: straw yellow with greenish glints. Elegant and refined with an intense and typically aromaticscent. Balanced flavour with a good grade of taste and mineral quality.
Alcohol by volume: 13.0% vol.
Acidity: 5,4 g/l.
Sugar: 4 g/l.
Food pairing: particularly suited as an aperitif and with fish dishes.
