Grappa produced in limited quantities exclusively from the fresh pomace from the production of "Il Falcone", Castel del Monte Riserva DOC, distilled using the steam-heated single-batch method.. Matured in oak barrels for 12 months, denotes a strong character and at the same time very elegant.
