Production Area: Our own vineyards in the area between Luogosano and Sant’Angelo All’Esca.
Soil Type: clay-like and chalky
Vinification: Grapes rema in on grapevines unti/ November. Afler over-ripening it istime to harvest the grapes that remain on the canes to getji1rther withering. When the optimal quantity of sugar is reached, grapes are pushed and pressed immediately. Then the wine ferments and ages into oak barriques before being botti ed.
Color: intense golden yellow.
Nose: Honey, ripe aprico/, dried and toastedjhlit.
Mouth: Sweel smooth andfresh, il resembles all nose sensations
Food Pairing: Particularly suited to accompany herbed cheeses, cookies and cakes. Serve at cool temperature cool as well as room temperature.
