Production area: Hillside vineyards in the municipality of Luogosano and Sant’Angelo all’Esca, at an altitude of 350 metres above sea level with a southeast exposure.
Soil type: Calcareous clay
Vinification: Grapes are harvested at the exact point of maturity and gently pressed before cold settling. The first alcoholic fermentation then takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by the secondary alcoholic fermentation, done in pressurised tanks known as autoclaves, which results in a sparkling wine.
Tasting note
Colour: Light and brilliant straw yellow. Aroma: Delicate and fine with notes of lime, acacia, green apple and wet stone, along with a slight touch of almond.
Taste: Elegant and balanced with a pleasant finish and persistent citrus and floral notes. Very fine and persistent bead.Food pairing: Perfect as an aperitif with light tapas, fritto misto, fresh seafood and vegetables, pasta salad or rice. Best served at a temperature of 6-8°C.
