Grape varieties: 100% Falanghina
Harvest: in September. Harvested in small crates.
Pressing: The grapes are immediately pressed softly to retain the integrity of the grapes.Vinification: The juice is immediately cooled to a temperature of 8° C and left to settle. After 24 hours the clean must is fermented.
Fermentation: The juice is fermented directly in carefully selected French oak barriques with valuable skill to enhance the organoleptic characteristics of Falanghina.
Maturation: Oravera to enhanche its aromatic complexity continues slowly aging on the lees in the barrels for 8 months.
Aging In Bottles: allows Oravera reaches its highest expression in terms of richness of taste and smell.
Alcohol Content: 13.5% abv.
Colour: bright yellow with golden reflections.
Aromatic sensations: Elegant nose, with hints of candied fruits, acacia flowers, vanilla and a complex that blends harmoniously with the primary aroma of the grape.
Taste: fruity, intense, harmonious and balanced.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
