Orovite comes from a careful selection of the Trebbiano grapes grown in the Terresacre farm.
This wine has a straw-yellow colour and ripe fruit hints, it matches starters and fish based main courses.
Grape variety: Trebbiano 100%
Harvesting time: the end of September
Harvesting: Grapes are harvested by hand andthey’re picked up into large cases of 20 quintals capacity.
Crushing: crushing isn’t made very energically, to respect the grape’s integrity. The destemming is made in that phase.
Vinification: cmshed grapes are softly pressed. The must isimmediately cooled at a 8-10°C temperature, then stored. After 18 hours the must is parted by grounds and begins the fermentation process.
Fermentation: the alcoholic fermentation lasts 10 days, with a constant temperature of 15 °C.
Alcoholic content: 13,0 % vol.
Colour: straw-yellow colour, with greenish highlights. Aroma: elegant at nose, with a scent of apple and ripe fruit. Flavour: dry, fresh, intense.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
Recommended with: white meats and fresh cheeses,appetizers and fish main courses.
