Grape varieties: Montepulciano 100%.
Harvesting: end of october. Grapes are harvested by hand in small crates.
Crushing: crushing softly to respect the grape’s integrity.
Vinification: macerated in small steel tanks, for at least 20-25 days, with programmed stirring of the must.
Fermentation: the alcoholic fermentation lasts for at least 10-12 days, at a 28 °C temperature.
Aging: wine matures in French-oak barriques, for 18 months selected to elevate the characteristics of the wine.
Alcoholic content: 14.0% abv.

Colour: intense ruby red, tending towards violet.
Aromatic sensations: elegant at nose, with a scent of ripe fruit, jam, blueberry, wild berries. vanilla, coffee, coconut.
Flavour: elegant, warm and rich taste, with smooth tannins and long finish.

Serving temperature: :16-18°C.
Recommended with: red meats, important first courses, game, mediurn ripe cheese.
