Grape varieties: 100% Tintilia
Harvest time: September early October

Collection: harvesting is done by hand and the assignment is done in small crates

Pressing: crushing, after separation of stalks, is soft to respect the integrity of the berries

Wine Making: maceration in steel vats for a period of at least 20-30 days with scheduled pumping of the must.

Fermentation: alcoholic fermentation lasts for 10-12 days, temperatures are controlled and never exceed 28°C.

Ageing: The wine is matured for 12 months in French barriques rovevre carefully selected oenologist Goffredo Agostini to respect the characteristics of the wine.

Alcohol Content: 13.5% abv.

Colour: bright ruby red with violet reflections flections.

Bouquet: elegant nose with hints of ripe fruit, plum jam, small red fruits of the forest, characterized by a typical balsamic and black pepper.

Taste: elegantly refined tannic, persistent .

Serving temperature: 16-18°C
