Grape varieties: 100% Tintilia
Harvest: end of September eginning October. Grapes are harvested by hand in small crates.
Pressing: after the separation of stalks, the grapes are softly crushed to respect the nature of the berries
Wine Making: maceration in steel vats for a period of at least 20-30 days with scheduled pumping over the must.
Fermentation: alcoholic fermentation lasts for 10-12 days, temperatures are controlled and never exceed 28°C.
Aging: The wine is matured for 12 months in French barriques rovevre carefully selected oenologist Goffredo Agostini to respect the characteristics of the wine.
Alcohol content: 14.0% abv.
Colour: bright ruby red with violet reflections.
Aromatic sensations: elegant nose with hints of ripe fruit, plum jam, small red fruits of the forest, characterized by a typical balsamic and black pepper nuances.
Taste: persistent and structured with elegant tannins.
Service temperature: 16-18°C.
Food pairing: perfect throughout the meal goes well with first courses, seconds structured meat, roasted, braised, grilled and seasoned cheese
