Denomination: Chianti D.O.C.G.

Area of production: Produced in the Tuscan hinterland, between Florence and Siena. 

Vine training method: Guyot and spurred cordon 

Soil: medium-textured, clay, marl 

Yield per hectare: 8-9 tonnes 

Vine density: At least 4000 vines

Refining time: Around two months in the bottle.
